Challah rolls make for a simple and delicious meal!  We take our pillowy challah dough and divide it into 8 portions. Plain rolls can be shaped in rounds or knots depending on your preference. Filled rolls are sold as knots and include any one or of our signature seasonal fillings. Past fillings have included pumpkin, rosemary plum, cranberry walnut with a cinnamon sprinkle, chocolate cherry pistachio, seedy mix, tomato basil, rosemary garlic and more! Order & Pickup Information

To ensure your challah is ready on time, please submit your order by Wednesday. Order submitted after Wednesday might not be able to be fulfilled as we are a small home bakery. Delivery options at payment include: Friday morning pickup at Hunter Tree Farm (10:30-11:00 am) OR Friday delivery in the NE Seattle area (11-12:00). For deliveries, we will knock at the door, leave your bag of fresh bread outside the door and text that it's been delivered.

 

Subscription Option

Need challah weekly (or biweekly) like we do? We offer a Friday subscription option for either plain, raisin or filling of the week. Please feel free to change your subscription anytime to the other option (plain to filled or filled to plain). You can cancel your subscription any time or switch to a one-time order. If you have any questions about the process, comments or issues with the product, don't hesitate to let me know. We are so excited to provide you with regular meal-elevating, celebratory bread!

  • Your challah rolls were baked on the day you received them. We recommend serving it on a beautiful cutting board or reheating if you prefer. Place in a 350F oven for 4-5 minutes. Challah rolls are perfect for breakfast! Serve with jam or as an egg sandwich. They are also great for lunchbox sandwiches or in the evening with smoked salmon or melty cheese.
